Each Maison Divette item is made just for you after you place your order. Because of this, we DO NOT accept returns or refunds except for damaged or incorrect orders.

That being said... if something isn’t right, we’ve got you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll try to make things right. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer either a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges

At this time, sorry but we DO NOT offer size or color exchanges because all products are made to order. We do not keep stock of items. Please double-check all product details before ordering.
